What is Sports Box?

Sports Box is an online store of sports supporter merchandise. Our products include international and local sports supporter apparel, gear, and accessories.

How can I find items I want to buy?

There are two general ways of finding an item, browsing and searching. To browse our wide range of products, click and view the categories and listings until you see something that you want. You have the option to browse by sports and team, by type, or by brand.

Searching, on the other hand, allows you to find a specific item. Simply enter an item in the search box and a list of related items will appear.

How do I order online?

Once you have found and selected all the items you wish to purchase and added them to your cart, go to the upper right-hand corner of the page to click on the number of items beside the shopping bag icon. Review the summary of your order and click on “CHECKOUT” when you’re ready to finalise your purchase.

Please note you will need your billing address, credit card or PayPal details to finalise your purchase. Also, check if you are registered and logged in to a Sports Box user account before finalising your purchase.

Why should I register?

You can buy, rate, and review items when you register. You can also view your Sports Box history and details and have your own user profile. Once you have a user account, you won’t have to fill out your details every time you make a new purchase. The checkout process will then be faster and easier.

Registering is simple. Click on “Register” and fill out the form to create a new account.

Do I have to register to buy items?

It is optional to register. You will still be able to purchase items if you are not a registered customer. However, some features will be limited to you.

How do I know what I’m paying for and how much I’m paying?

When you add an item into your cart, the number of items added will appear on the upper right-hand corner of the page beside the shopping bag icon. Once you click on it, you will see a summary amount of all your purchases. You may also click on “VIEW CART” or “CHECKOUT” for a more detailed account of all your orders. Furthermore, upon purchasing, you will receive an email notification about your purchase details.

What are your payment options?

Currently, Sports Box supports two payment methods, PayPal and credit card. Thus, a customer must have a PayPal account or must be an owner of a credit card to be able to purchase Sports Box merchandise.

What are the shipping costs?

A flat rate shipping cost of $10.00 applies for all products from anywhere in Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping rates apply.

What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you have received a damaged item or believe an item is defective, please contact our customer service at 0412 083 109 or send an email at sales@sportsbox.com.au.

Do you offer personalisation or customisation?

At this time, Sportsbox does not offer customised or personalised apparel or sports gear and accessories.

How do I cancel my order?

Due to our fast shipping process, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. You will need to return the original package to obtain a refund and/or place an order for the replacement product. Please see our Terms and Conditions for additional information.

How do I check the status of my order or track shipment?

You may login to your user account to view the status of your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You will receive email notification confirming your order has been dispatched. In most cases, this means 7-10 business days for local deliveries or 2-3 weeks for international shipping.

What are your terms and conditions?

Are these the only sports that you offer?

Currently, yes. We will be expanding our sports range in the future.

What is “Global Events”?

“Global events” categorises the major sporting events that all or most countries participate in. These include the Olympics and World Cups.

Do I have to subscribe to the newsletter?

No, you are not required to subscribe to our newsletter but we encourage you to subscribe so you can receive the latest updates, discounts, and other promotional announcements straight to your inbox.

Why doesn’t the “Wish List” and/or “Orders History” work?

These two features are only available to registered customers only. We cannot keep information about unregistered customers. You can register via our home page link or through here: Register Now.

Can I sell items on this website?

Currently, no. We are a small website that sells sports supporter merchandise. Customers do not have the option to sell their own goods.

How do I become a better buyer?

Once you have purchased a product, you can help other customers by writing a review of your purchased product or by rating the product. Although optional, we highly encourage you to add reviews to offer recommendations to other customers. We also value your feedback to helps us improve our product line.

Sometimes this site does not load or redirects me somewhere else. Is this normal?

Usually when the website is down, this means that the store is temporarily closed for maintenance. In which case it will redirect you to another page.
